Congratulations to the class of 2014! Whether it’s a high school graduation or a kindergarten graduation, everyone deserves to celebrate that big accomplishment! What better way to celebrate that with cookies! I had fun making cookies for my own high school alma mater, Canyon High School in Anaheim Hills. It’s been a long time since I graduated, but we won’t talk about that!
This had to be the prettiest bridal shower I have ever attended. Everything came together so perfectly on her special day. The mint, coral, and gold colors were so pretty together. The bridesmaids and Cori’s mom (my sweet best friend) carried the theme throughout the house and backyard with many custom DIY projects.
I had so much fun making some of the sweets for the dessert buffet. I made cookies to match the chevron theme using mint, coral and gold colors. The French macarons were filled with mango buttercream. The pretzel rods were wrapped in caramel and dipped in white chocolate. We dipped Oreos in white chocolate using chocolate molds from www.spinningleaf.com The curly alphabet cookie cutters are from www.cakesbyximena.com The adorable cake was made by Cucamonga Cakery in Rancho Cucamonga and the mini champagne cupcakes were made to match by our sweet friend Laurie.
The talented Kristin Visk of www.kristinviskphotography.com captured these beautiful photos of the day and I am so happy to be able to share them here with you here. For more beautiful photos of Cori’s shower please check out her blog post here. www.kristinviskphotography.com
